Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You have the right to return your CardioX order within 14 calendar days of the date you received the product, without giving any reason. This right applies in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and comparable consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Returned within 14 calendar days of receipt;
In its original, undamaged packaging where practicable;
Accompanied by your order reference number.

Opened or partially used products may be accepted at our discretion in cases where the product was faulty or did not match the description on this Site.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been fully consumed, products returned outside the 14-day window without prior written agreement, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@recoverglowexpel.shop with your order reference number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not return products before receiving our confirmation, as returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Delivery costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrectly described.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you received a product that was faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@recoverglowexpel.shop. We will arrange replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
